BLE Finder (hereinafter "the App") values user privacy. The App does not operate a separate server and does not transmit or store user's personal information on external servers.

2. 수집하는 데이터 및 권한 (Collected Data & Permissions) 본 앱은 기능을 수행하기 위해 최소한의 권한만을 요청합니다. The App requests only the minimum permissions necessary to perform its functions.

• 위치 정보 (Location Data - Android Only):
  • 목적 (Purpose): Android 11 이하 버전에서 블루투스 저전력(BLE) 기기를 스캔하기 위해 운영체제 정책상 위치 권한(ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION)이 필요합니다.
  • 처리 방식 (Processing): 이 위치 데이터는 오직 사용자의 기기 내에서 블루투스 신호를 탐지하는 용도로만 사용되며, 외부 서버로 전송되거나 저장되지 않습니다.
  • Android 11 and below: The ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION permission is required by the Android OS solely to scan for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices. This location data is processed locally on your device only and is never transmitted to or stored on external servers.
• 블루투스 권한 (Bluetooth Permissions):
  • 주변의 BLE 기기를 탐색하고 연결하기 위해 BLUETOOTH_SCAN, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT 권한을 사용합니다.
  • Used to scan for and connect to nearby BLE devices.

3. 제3자 서비스 및 광고 (Third-Party Services & Ads) 본 앱은 수익 창출을 위해 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. 광고 서비스 제공자는 맞춤형 광고 제공을 위해 기기 식별자(Advertising ID) 및 사용 데이터를 수집할 수 있습니다. The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. The advertising service provider may collect Device Identifiers (Advertising ID) and usage data to provide personalized ads.

4. 데이터의 보유 및 파기 (Data Retention) 본 앱은 사용자의 개인정보를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않으므로, 별도의 파기 절차가 필요하지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내에 저장된 모든 캐시 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다. Since the App does not directly collect or store personal information, no separate deletion process is required. Deleting the app will remove all cached data on the device.

5. 어린이의 개인정보 보호 (Children's Privacy) 본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
